Malayalee Association of Respiratory care (MARC) with deep regrets inform you that C .J Annamma Kaniyalil [ 82 , Rtd. Nursing Superintendent ] , mother of our Life Long member Jose Kaniyali, passed away in Chicago. She is the wife of Chacko Kaniyalil. She belongs to Chamakkala Kizhakkethil family , Kaipuzha.
CHILDREN : Vini & MathewKutty [ Poothakatt , Karimkunnam ] , Dallas.
                   Jose & Lucy [ Narichirayil , Kaipuzha ] , Chicago.
                   Jimmy & Lincy [ Kallatt , Monipally ] , Chicago.
SIBLING : C . J Lukose Chamakkala Kizhakkethil , New York.

Wake and Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2016  at Sacred Heart Knanaya Catholic Forane Church , 611 Maple St. , Maywood , IL as per the schedule below:                                         

                                                   Wake Service : 7:30 am - 9:30 am.

                                                   Funeral Mass : 9:30 am.

 Burial will follow at knanaya Catholic Cemetry at 1400 S. Wolf Road , Hillside.

There will be a memorial mass at Maywood Sacred Heart Forane Church on Tuesday August 2nd at 7 PM for the departed soul.
