This is to inform you that the annual general body of MARC will be held on August 19, 2017 at 2 PM at Country Inn & Suits by Carlson, 600 N Milwaukee Ave, Prospect Heights, IL- 60070.
Agenda for the meeting: Annual Report, Accounts, Elections and discussions on topics permitted by the chair.
During this meeting we will elect our new office bearers for the year 2018-2019. Elections to the following positions will be held during the general body
1. President 2. Vice President 3. General Secretary 4. Joint Secretary 5. Treasurer 6. Joint Treasurer 7. General Organizer
8. Advisory Board Members 9. Education Coordinators 10. PRO 11. Entertainment Coordinators 12. Youth/ Student Coordinators.
Mr..Tom Kalayil and Vijay Vincent are agreed to work as the election commissioners. Any body who is interested to work as any of the office bearers are requested to contact Mr. Tom Kalayil (847 361 3835) or Mr. Vijay Vincent (847 9091252). If there is 2 or more candidates for the same position, an election will be held during the general body.
Since this general body is immediately after the MARC seminar, all members are requested to plan on staying for another hour for the meeting. If you are not attending the seminar, please come for the general body meeting at 2 PM.
