Dear members,
Following are some of the decisions of the executive committee meeting held on Saturday, May 13, 2017
1. MARC Midwest Inc received the nonprofit status. Once we get the official letter, we will inform the details. Shaju Mathew, and Scariakutty Thomas along with executive will work out the transition plan to the new organization.
2. MARC picnic will be on June 10. Shajan Varugheese will be the general coordinator for picnic. Bency Benedict, Naveen Cyriac, Samaya George, Shiny Haridas and Tom Kalayil are the sports coordinator for the picnic. Everybody should try reach out to your colleagues and bring maximum attendees to the picnic. We have lot of activities planned for the picnic. Everyone please attend with families and make this a grand success.
3. MARC decided to conduct a fund raising Raffle. A Committee was formed to plan the raffle activities. Scriakutty Thomas, Jomon Thekkeparambil, John Chirayil, Sam Thundiyil, Jose Joseph, Tom Kalayil, Renchi Varghese are the committee members. Executive along with the committee members will approach the potential sponsors. Requesting everyone's cooperation for the success of this raffle program. If any of you are willing to be a sponsor or have some recommendations for potential donors for our raffle program, please share it with any of the committee members. All the sponsors will be mentioned in our tickets, flyers, advertisements and during family night celebrations.
4. The executive committee meeting also decided to honor the therapists who are in the field for 25+ years during our respiratory care week celebrations. We need everyone's input to prepare a list of such persons. We will also honor the achievement of therapists who are in Supervisor and managerial position, during our respiratory Care Week celebration on October 28. We will also felicitate Sanish the new RT board member.
5. Raffle Kick off during summer picnic on June 10, 2017.
