This is to inform you about the sad demise of Miss Jasmine Jose (22), beloved daughter of Jose and Pauly Jose Oliyanickal. Justin Jose is her only brother.
Jasmin's mother, Pauly Jose is a respiratory therapist at St. Mary's Hospital, Chicago.
Funeral arrangement is scheduled as follows:
Wake service - Friday , April 1- 5PM -9 PM
Funeral Mass - Saturday April 2- 9.30 AM
Both services at St. Mary's Knanaya Catholic Parish, 7800 W Lyons St, Morton Grove, IL
Burial service will be held at Maryhill Catholic Cemetery, 8600 Milwaukee Ave. Niles, IL, 60714 after the funeral mass.
